Samantha's career in emergency communications began in 2015; since then, she has taught regionally and nationally on topics ranging from effective customer service skills in 911 to leadership development. She is a PSAP Professional and 911 Trainer with Moetivations, Inc., a company that delivers crucial support services to PSAPs all over the country and assists with manpower in some of the most critically understaffed ECCs through the Dispatch On Demand program. Her passion is training newer generations of public safety professionals for a long, effective career beneath the headset. Samantha frequently blogs about topics relevant to emergency communications, and she serves as Chair of the Editorial Committee for APCO International.
