Morrissa Ahl-Moyer

Director - North Carolina Center for Missing Persons

Morrissa Ahl-Walters is a recent alumna of Western Carolina University's Criminal Justice program and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Adult Education at NC State University. With over two decades of experience in public safety, Morrissa has held various roles, including volunteer EMT, Telecommunicator, Peer Support Member, Training Officer, and Training Coordinator. She also was assigned to a support staff position with NCSHP's Aviation Division. Most recently, she was promoted to the Director of NC Center for Missing Persons. Morrissa resides outside Raleigh, NC, with her fiancé, children, and pet mini cow.
