Lesley started her career at Washington County TN ECD 23 years ago. She has been serving as the Executive Director of Sullivan County ECD since October 2022. She earned her ENP in 2018 and her CMCP in 2016. Lesley is a member of the TN Public Safety Networks Debriefi ng team. Lesley is currently serving on the Resource Subcommittee of the NENA Wellness Continuum, co-chair of the NENA WIN Scholarship and Recognition Committee and a member of the APCO Health and Wellness Committee and the TN ProChrt Committee. Lesley has served as a panelist on two of NENA's#webinarwednesday: "Kickstarting Your Agency’s Wellness Programs: Experiences From the Field" and"Creating a Holistic Approach to Wellness". Lesley is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor, and leads relaxing and calming Yin Yoga classes at her local gym.
