Holly J. Williams, CPE, RPL, ENP, CMCP, CCM

Sales Account Manager - Carolina Recording Systems

Holly Williams is a Sales Account Manager with Carolina Recording Systems, for Virginia and Maryland centers. Holly has over 23 years of service in public safety, with 18 in communications. Holly served many roles through the ranks including dispatcher, training officer, supervisor, and training coordinator. Holly also served with her local volunteer fire department where she served as an EMS member and former Medic, in addition to other roles at the department.

Holly is certified as an APCO Communications Training Officer (CTO), Communications Center Supervisor (CCS), and an APCO Adjunct Instructor for most classes. Holly also held certifications as a general instructor for her regional criminal justice academy where she taught the Communications Basic and new General Instructor classes numerous times a year when still at a PSAP. Holly is an APCO Registered Public-Safety Leader (RPL) and Certified Public-Safety Executive (CPE) graduate. Holly is a NENA Emergency Number Professional (ENP) and Center Manager Certification Program (CMCP). Holly is also a Comm Center Manager (CCM) through IAED. Holly holds numerous certifications within the 9-1-1 profession. Holly holds an associate degree in business management and is currently enrolled at The University of Alabama to finish her bachelor’s degree in leadership studies.

Holly is very active in her state chapters of APCO and NENA, currently serving as Co-Chair of the Training and Scholarship committee for APCO, assisting with Sponsorships for the Spring Conference for NENA, as well as she has served on several APCO International Committees, and most recently served on the Professional Development & Events Committee, as the Vice-Chair. Holly enjoys mentoring others and helping to better the industry for 9-1-1 professionals.
